Doctor Who Episode Spoiler Thoughts...

Ok first off - this is assuming you've looked at this huge casting spoiler.http://community.livejournal.com/ohnotheydidnt/33879566.html?style=mine#cutid1 and read other spoilers . If you haven't looked at this or read anything because you want to remain a "spoiler virgin" - please

Alrighty - we've seen the spoilers where Donna is in the last two eps. We've seen the pictures. We've also seen the pictures and read about Verity Newman - who has released a new book called a Journal of Impossible Things. Now we know the actress is the same one who played Joan Redfern, John Smith's love interest in Human Nature/Family of Blood, so it's a pretty safe assumption that she's inherited this from her family. Also people are saying that John Smith claimed his mother's name was Verity (which I don't recall). Anyway - assuming this book is the journal that the Doctor kept as John Smith with his incarnations, his enemies, the TARDIS etc in it...what do you suppose could happen if it became a huge best seller. Like Twilight? Or Harry Potter? And it was everywhere with it's FOB watch cover. What if you were Donna Noble whose memory was just waiting to be tweaked...you think the Doctor would start to watch over her in case. Do you think Wilf might contact the Doctor?

Now if only I can figure out how John Simms works into this...

I applied a while ago to be part of a Matchstick.ca campaign. Matchstick runs word of mouth campaigns on the 'net that involve product seeding. That means they look for people like me (in this case) who like using new things and telling all of their friends :) Anyway - the campaign that I signed up for was for Herbal Essences Hydralicious and apparently I was one of 200 Canadian women selected to take part in the campaign. I received a pack with one of each shampoo and conditioner plus 20 buy one get one coupons to hand out. I test the product and tell people what I think about it.

Obviously since I've just received it, I haven't tried it yet, but I will say they smell awfully darned good - especially the self targeting one which I'm expecting to try first since it suits my hair type. I'll pop in here to talk about it a couple of times, so be prepared!
